By booking a catered or private function with Toil & Trouble, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Security and stock deposit: in order for us to purchase stock for your event or function, we require a minimum deposit of 25%, the deposit must be received before preparation for your event may begin.

Cancellation policy: cancellation within 5 days of your event means a forfeit of security deposit, this is because we order stock in advance of your event with preparation beginning the days before, incurring costs associated with labour additionally.

Contractual obligations: as we prioritise customising events to your taste, we will frequently be in contact over the phone or social media; we expect that decisions about expectations and features of your event are agreed upon in good faith and therefore form the basis of contractual obligations on both sides.
